Bal Jagat- Children’s World Inc. is a California state licensed non-profit international adoption agency under 501 © (3) since 1983. BJCW Inc. donates funds and various items to children’s services worldwide.

Bal Jagat- Children’s World Inc. improves the quality of life for children who reside in orphanages by providing more caregiver staff, and purchasing necessary and needed items (washing machines, refrigerators, air conditioners, medical supplies, toys and clothing).

In Romania, the agency’s Montessori School is always in need of school supplies, funds for the teacher and assistants’ salaries, and other school expenses. 

In China, the agency contributes funds for older children who do not get adopted and those with medical needs, on an ongoing basis. 

The agency has also donated to orphanages, adoption government agencies in India, and in Moldova, and to the Joint Council on International Children’s Services. We will provide donations to any other country of your choice.

In order not to rely only on donors for our projects, a portion of all agency service fees goes towards humanitarian programs worldwide.

• Your financial contributions are desperately needed and will go towards orphan children’s needs worldwide. All donation amounts are appreciated and you will receive tax exemption (receipts are provided).
• Please inquire whether your employer is willing to match your donation amount
• We would like to be on your company’s donation list of non –profit agencies in which the employees may chose to donate a portion of their paycheck towards
• If your company would like to fundraise on BJCW Inc.’s behalf for orphan children, we would be very willing to participate!
• You may ask your friends and family to donate to BJCW Inc. instead of giving gifts for holidays, anniversaries, “adoption day”, birthdays or baby showers!
• Do a small fundraiser through your Girl Scout Troup, Little League Team, Women’s Club, Kiwanis Club, Church group, or other social children’s or adult’s group.
• Teach your child the value of giving by having them donate from their allowance routinely to their birth country every year on their “Adoption Day.”
• On your child’s Bar Mitzvah/ Bat Mitzvah, Christening, Sweet 16, Quiencienera, memory of a loved one’s passing or other special sentimental or religious holiday, remember to include Bal Jagat as one of your charity recipients
• If you have any skills or services which may be of assistance to Bal Jagat- Children’s World Inc., please let us know (if in doubt, please inform us- every little bit counts!).
• We are always looking for volunteers for any portion of time that you have to share. This is a good use of your free time while you are waiting for your adoption
• If your teen would like to do some volunteering for extra credit, a recommendation letter, school credit, or religious requirement, contact us, and we will find a project for them to use their skills
• Suggest our agency to others such as banks or other companies that do regular donations, as a worthy charity.
• Contact any newspaper, magazines, television or radio media (even write a blog!) promoting international adoption. Tell your happy story to others and how Bal Jagat- Children’s World Inc. has helped to add to your family and change your lives!
• Refer your friends, co workers, support group members, and other individuals interested in international adoption to Bal Jagat!
• Be a Bal Jagat cheerleader! Speak at your church, temple, or school about adoption
• Be a friend and peer support for other families during their adoption process. Proudly share your positive experience with Bal Jagat at your support group with them
• Make your own documentary of your adoption experience with Bal Jagat and show it to others to alleviate anxieties related to fears of the unknown about the adoption experience
• Make contacts with celebrities or other public figures who can give publicity to the topic of international adoption and can promote Bal Jagat
