Bal Jagat is an accredited agency, licensed by the Government of Moldova. Moldova has signed the Hague Convention. Moldova is our second Eastern European program and is open to both couples and single women. The child's photos and medical report are provided at the time of referral. Children beginning from age 3 years and older are available for adoption. Parents must be under 50 years of age to adopt from Moldova. Parents are required to make a trip to Moldova for either two one-week trips or one three-week trip. While staying in Moldova; apartment lodging, transportation, translation and all additional services will be assisted by Bal Jagat foreign supervised providers in both the Moldova and Romania.
