"I am a single woman hoping to adopt a child from China and have just completed my home study with Bal Jagat. From the very first meeting with Hemlata and Mausami, I felt looked after and in very safe and capable hands. They are both passionately committed to making sure they find lovely homes for the children, and they are also as equally committed to looking after their clients. Prior to and throughout the home study process, nothing was too much trouble and no question went unanswered. They are warm, caring and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend them highly to anyone, single or couple, embarking on the process of finding their special child." Jane M. (Adoptive mother of a son from China)
“Hemlata and Bal Jagat were thorough and professional throughout the adoption process. Prior to our daughter's arrival from India, we were put together with other adoptive parents which both inspired and reassured us that the decision was the right one for our family. We cannot imagine our lives without our daughter Lucy - she is a treasure and a gift and we are the luckiest parents in the world." - Ann H. (Adoptive Mother of an Indian Daughter) "We adopted Mei, our now almost 5 year old daughter from Yugan, China in 2009. ...Bal Jagat was helpful throughout and helped us manage the..paperwork and other requirements. Mei has been the greatest blessing to our family and she brings joy to our lives each and every day." - Chris M. (Adoptive father of a daughter from China) "Thanks to Hemlata and Bal Jagat I have the most amazing family. My brother and I are both adopted from Calcutta, India. I am now 20 and my brother is 25. We both came here when we were just babies. I was 6 months old and my brother was barely 4 months old. Today we have the most amazing life thanks to Bal Jagat. I couldn't imagine my life any other way. I am truly blessed. Being adopted by my parents was the best thing that ever happened to me. I am truly loved and incredibly spoiled, even so at 20 years old!" -Kimberly P. (Adopted child from India) "This agency is amazing. A friend of mine asked me along to the annual agency picnic, and it was the most extraordinary environment. There were children from all over the world that have been adopted into such loving families. These families return to the picnic year after year to give thanks to the two agency Directors--Hemlata and Mausami. After attending the picnic, I was very curious about the adoption process, and, at a later date, decided to visit the agency. It is truly spectacular to see the pictures on the walls of some of the thousands of children that this agency has helped find a loving home. When they explained their process of adoption to me, it was clear that it is their passion to place children in homes best suited for them." (Anna P ) "In March of 1997 we met Hemlata for the first time and started the process to adopt a child from Romania. ...In March 1998 we met with Barbara K (Previous Romania Program Coordinator in USA) to identify our first child. In June we fly to Romania and two days later, the day before our 7th wedding anniversary, our wonderful son was placed in our arms. Vivi (In country Romania Program Coordinator) was such a wonderful liaison and helped us navigate all the paperwork, documents, and appointments in Romania with ease. Our experience was so wonderful that 21 months later we were back in Romania picking up our 2nd son. Our life is full with these two wonderful boys, now 15 and 16 years old, thriving in school, playing sports, football, track, and the equestrian team. They bring us so much joy and love each and every day. We are truly blessed and will be ever thankful to Bal Jagat, Hemlata, Barbara, and Vivi for helping us to complete our live with these wonderful children. This is the agency we went through to adopt our boys. We will be forever grateful to this wonderful lady {Hemlata Momaya} for assisting us in completing our family. - Coleen ER (Adoptive mother of two sons from Romania) READ MORE REVIEWS >> |
